Is it possible to cancel my booking?
YES, of course you can cancel your booking. Cancellations to confirmed reservations can be made without penalty by observing the Cancellation Policies which are in the rates web-page of the hotel, and that are indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent.

How do I find available hotels only for the period I want to stay in Florence?
First of all, select the date of your stay, the number of nights and the number of persons. You can select a category and a location or you can start a general search leaving the fields "All categories" and "All locations". Then click on search and only available hotels or those dates will be displayed.

Where can I find the hotel's contact information (address, phone number..)?
Once you have made a reservation, the telephone number, the fax number and E-mail address of the hotel will be provided immediately online and on your confirmation E-mail. The address is also shown in the web-page dedicated to the hotel.
Important: remember that once you have a confirmed reservation, you can check, print, cancel or request a change by clicking on the User Area on the bottom-right corner of our website and entering your booking number and password.

Where can I find directions to the hotel?
In the hotel's web pages you will find a menù voice "Map" dedicated to its directions from the airports, from the central station and from the nearest subway stop. You will also find a detailed map with the hotel's position in the area.

What's the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?
A Double room is a room for 2 people with 1 bed. A Twin room is a room for 2 people with 2 separated beds.

Rates on your website are per person or per room?
Rates displayed on our website are always per room.

Do I pay a reservation fee to nyceFlorence.com?
No, never, we do not charge any reservation fee.

Is breakfast included in the room's rate?
It depends by the hotel's policy. You will find what rate includes in the hotel's webpage "Rates and Special Offers", as well in your booking confirmation E-mail.

Why do I need to give my credit card details?
The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

What types of credit card can I use to complete the reservation?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and JCB can be used on our website. However, it is possible that the hotel doesn't accept one or more of these card types. Debit cards or pre-payed credit cards are never accepted to guarantee reservations.

Can I pay for my stay in advance?
You can make your reservation giving the credit card on guarantee and then contact the hotel to arrange the pre-payment.

Do I have to pay for my stay at the hotel with the same credit card used to make the reservation?
Usually the hotels accept payment for the stay on a different card from the one given on guarantee or accept cash payments. Please ensure that the new card is accepted by the hotel.

No, one night is the minimum that can be booked on our website.

What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?
Check-in and check-out differ for each hotel. You will find them on the "Description" web page dedicated to the hotel.

I want to check out after the defined check out time. Is it possible?
Pre-arrangement of late check out is generally not possible due to availability of the rooms. In any case, you can contact the hotel directly once the room-booking will be done using the contact details in your confirmation email.
