The 4 Star Grand Hotel Cavour in Florence is situated in the historical centre, few steps from Dante's House, between the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, in the residential palace of the noble families Strozzi-Ridolfi. Guests can enjoy an exceptional view of the city from the terrace "Michelangelo", with its Roof Garden. Inside the hotel there are Restaurant & Wine Bar where past and present meets to create a unique atmosphere that we warmly invite you to experience. The Wine Bar, with delicious snacks, aperitives and cocktails, is opened from 6 p.m. to Midnight. The Angels restaurant features a menu where typical recepies have been update to offer unknown flavours and local products. It is opened from 7.30 pm until 10.30 p.m. The cellar is dedicated to wine, cheese and cold cut tastings and it is opened from 8 p.m until Midnight. Angels Restaurant & Wine Bar are closed on Sundays. Until the end of March 2009, you can enjoy free entrance to the hotel's Minispa and the minibar in your room is free of charge (alcoholics excluded).
Each floor has a bedroom with bathroom especially fitted for handicapped client. In the breakfast room "Michelangelo", located on the 6th floor, guests can enjoy a rich buffet in a wonderful and serene atmosphere. This room leads on to a terrace with a panoramic view, where we can offer our clients either breakfast or snacks according to their needs. We have a meeting room available, which can be used for conferences and seminars for up to 40 people. It is equipped with illuminated board, personal computer connected to the Internet, video-projector, and personal secretarial services at client's disposal.
